Ryanair – Barcelona Girona – 2008

On 24 August 2008, a Ryanair flight from Bristol to Barcelona has been forced to make an unscheduled landing due to a loss of cabin pressure. The aircraft dropped from 40,000ft to 8,000ft in few minutes, causing ear damages to 16 passengers, without talking of fear. It seems that some of the oxygen masks failed to work, which is denied by the company.
